Private Lenders Club will NOT sell any of your personal information to any person or organization.

Private Lenders Club will, however, with your consent, share your submitted information with participating parties involved in the Broker Funding Request process or as may be required by law or court order.

We will collect your IP Address. An IP Address being a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you access the Internet.

Personal Information such as your user ID and password, name, email address, telephone number, physical address, postal code or other information may be collected via online forms that you consent to submit to the site.

When you open emails from the site, we may receive a confirmation noting that you opened the email and if you clicked on any of the links contained in such email. We also may keep track of what emails we send you.

At times we may share your personally identifiable information with others for various purposes.
Since Private Lenders Club uses Brokers to provide services that involve the handling of personal information we will ensure those service providers treat personal information the same way we are obliged to do so. Always Refer to your Brokers Privacy Policy and their Third Party Policy. We will also ensure that they have permission (consent) to disclose personal information to service providers such as Private Lenders Club. These Brokers must ensure that any consent obtained for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information permits disclosure to third party service providers such as Private Lenders Club.

The following outlines the ways in which your information may be shared with others.

Private Lenders Club Members

Your personally identifiable information, should you choose to submit it, will be collected by Private Lenders Club for the sole purpose of finding a suitable funding match for you and will not be shared with anyone except the lawyer of your choosing. Should you Will Consider a Broker Funding Request (BFR) then your Will Consider form will be forwarded to our Private Lenders Club Broker who in turn will present your funding proposal to the Private Lenders Club Broker’s client for approval or rejection. At no time will your identity be made known to the Private Lenders Club Broker or their client until your funding proposal has been accepted at which time your chosen lawyer will make your identity known to the Private Lenders Club Broker and their client.

Private Lenders Club Brokers & Their Clients

The Broker’s personally identifiable information and that of their client will be used by Private Lenders Club for the following purposes:

Private Lenders Club will confirm that the Broker is legally registered to arrange mortgage financing in the jurisdiction within which the Broker operates.

The Broker’s agency particulars such as name, address and contact information will be made available to selected Private Lenders Club Members and to the Private Lenders Club Member’s lawyer upon acceptance of the Private Lenders Club Member’s Commitment to a Broker Funding Request.

A Broker’s client’s personally identifiable information will be made available to ALL Private Lenders Club Members selected to review a Broker’s client’s Broker Funding Request and the lawyer of the Private Lenders Club Member whose Commitment has been accepted by the Broker’s client.

Furthermore, the Broker’s client consents to the Private Lenders Club Members possibly requesting to view/inspect their property and making whatever other inquiries that they deem necessary to make their funding decision.

Private Lenders Club Members Lawyer

The details of a Private Lenders Club Member’s accepted Commitment will be forwarded to the Private Lenders Club Member’s chosen lawyer and any privacy issues regarding that relationship will be the sole responsibility of the lawyer and his/her client.

Private Lenders Club Members Appraiser

The appraiser selected by the Private Lenders Club Member will be contacted by the Private Lenders Club Broker for the single purpose of arranging to have the Broker’s client’s property appraised and Private Lenders Club has no responsibility for any privacy issues regarding that relationship.

Legal Process

In the event we are required to respond to subpoenas, court orders or other legal process your personally identifiable information may be disclosed pursuant to such subpoenas, court order or legal process which may be without notice to you.

You should be aware that when you are on the Site you could be directed to other sites beyond our control. For example, if you “click” on a link the “click” may take you off the site and onto another web site. This includes links from advertisers, sponsors and partners that may use the site logo as part of a co-branding agreement. These other web sites may send their own cookies to you, independently collect data or solicit personally identifiable information and may or may not have their own published privacy policies.
